There is a difference between hemp seed oil and CBD Oil. CBD Oil is becoming very popular so we should not become confused with the differences and benefits of Hemp Seed Oil and what they are as they are completely different and not the same as the benefits of CBD Oil & Full Spectrum CBD Oils. All the potential benefits are completely separate to Hemp Seed Oil. This is because CBD, Cannabinoid Oil, is not present in the Hemp Seed Oil that is sold as a food Oil in supermarkets and food shops. Therefore, Hemp Seed Oil and CBD Oil are two different finished products. So what is the difference between CBD and Hemp seed Oil? What is full spectrum hemp seed oil?
CBD Oils and Hemp seed oils have been made from the same plant with similar materials. However, Hemp Seed Oil has been made from the seeds of the plant and there is very little Cannabidoil in the seeds of the Hemp plant as all the CBD, Cannabidoil, is found in the plants Flowers, stems and leaves.
Cannabinoil Oil, is made from where it is found in the flowers, stems and leaves. It is also why there is a price difference in the Hemp Seed Oil vs CBD Oil and also why there is a different result from the products, which also creates a different demand for the products as well.
Hemp Seed Oil.
Most good Hemp seed oil is simply the unadulterated extract of the seeds from the plant, including all of its active compounds, terpenes, nutrients, and more! The best method of extraction of the oil is by Cold pressing the seeds, the natural extraction of all the nutrients by basically squeezing it incredibly hard. However, this Hemp Seed oil is simply a carrier oil, or as an oil used in food, pills or massage.
You do have to be careful though because when Hemp Seed oil is cooked at a high temperature, it smokes breaking down the oil. This changes the taste and removes the key nutrients. Therefore, you should not heat Hemp Oil to more than a lukewarm temperature as the smoking point about 165°C, (332°F). Which is why it is good for salad dressings, dips and as a mixer oil, not so much for frying/cooking.
Hemp Seed Oil is bottled for cooking, to use in food or in the kitchen. Or a stronger version made into capsules and is similar to fish oil capsules with similar benefits. With a great ratio rich source of Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9 fatty acids. This makes Hemp Seed Oil good for the Brain, Skin & Heart.
Hemp Seed Oil does NOT actually contain CBD, the Cannabinoids. Hemp Seed is often used as a carrier oil for the sale of CBD, therefore the CBD Cannabinoid is added to it. As the cannabinoids from hemp comes from the leaves, stems and flowers of the plant.
